The Diamond Sutra (Sanskrit: Vajracchedikā Prajñāpāramitā Sūtrawas) was composed in India in the fourth century CE. It is one of the most important works of the Buddhist tradition. It is known as the Diamond Sutra because its teachings, when understood, are said to be like diamonds that cut away all dualistic thought, releasing you from the attachment to objects and the self, thereby bringing you to the further shore of enlightenment or unbounded liberation. In these lectures, George provides a chapter by chapter interpretation and commentary on this extraordinary sutra.
